I started Deficiency-Free Survey Coaching as a way to share my expertise and help others achieve the results that I have achieved over the years.

I have over 30 years of nursing experience, with 25 of those years in management positions. I started off as a CNA, then worked my way to become an LPN → RN → charge nurse → supervisor/unit manager → Assistant Director of Nursing, → Director of Nursing →Regional Nurse → VP of Clinical Services → Chief Clinical Officer (whew!).

In addition, over the years my teams and I have achieved multiple Deficiency-Free Surveys, and numerous 1-3 deficiency surveys. I have also helped to transform facilities with high deficiencies (13+) & low-star ratings, into facilities with low deficiencies (0-4) & high-star rating. All that to say, I have a plethora of information, insight, strategies, and advice that I am so excited to share with you! I know what it’s like to be in your position. I understand your frustrations, your challenges, your vision, and your goals. Now, I am determined to help you overcome those challenges, accomplish your clinical goals, improve quality of care, and REDUCE YOUR DEFICIENCIES!
