*New Video* Staff Recognition: One Way to Become a Better Leader this Month

Over the years I have found out that recognizing and appreciating employees [CNAs, Nurses, Dietary, Receptionist, Environmental Staff, etc.] really makes a tremendous difference in our daily jobs.

In this video, I will briefly discuss how recognizing your staff is important and can transform your relationship with them, enhance employee morale, increase quality of care, and decrease state and federal deficiencies. In addition, I will review a few effective, yet sometimes overlooked ways, that you can use staff recognition to show appreciation to your staff.
